THUNDER BAY PAC MEETING - 7:00 P.M., JAN. 12

Hello everyone,


I wanted to thank all of you who were able to attend our Lake Superior Evening event last week, it was a great success and I've received alot of positive feedback. Please let me know if anyone has ideas for future community events including any Lake Superior related speakers or artists that deserve additional exposure.


Our next official PAC meeting will be held on January 12th, 7:00-9:00pm, at Lakehead University (ATAC-5035). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of some of the projects being coordinated out of the RAP office (i.e. stormwater impacts, beach advisory sources, shoreline naturalization) and to prioritize projects for the 2011/12 season. Grant submissions for the GLSF (Great Lakes Sustainability Fund) will be due at the beginning of February making this meeting critical in providing input on our future direction.


Meeting information and agenda will be sent out closer to the meeting date.
