Sunrise, Silver Creek Cliff:
The Story Behind Infosuperior's Cover Photo
Each issue of the Infosuperior newsletter is posted on Facebook and consistently gets well over 2000 views. One of the groups Infosuperior is in touch with through Facebook is, "Photos of the Lake Superior Region", of which Jan Swart is a member. An array of beautiful photos of the lake are posted through this group each day and Jan's brilliant photos always stand out. Net result - Infosuperior reached out to Jan and she graciously agreed to provide a photo.
When asked why she takes pictures of Lakes Superior, Jan replied, "I take pictures of Lake Superior because it is the most beautiful lake in the world. I'm obsessed with her" [very closely resembles our own thoughts here at Infosuperior].
When asked about her favourite place on Lake Superior she replied, "Duluth, Minnesota." Jan says she loves, "getting sunrises from Canal Park."
Jan concluded by saying something very closely aligned with Infosuperior's core objective, "I love Lake Superior. I hope my work conveys that!"
Infosuperior endeavours to connect people with the lake in order to increase support for Lake Superior restoration and protection. Thanks Jan, regardless of where people are, your photos bring people very close to Lake Superior.
